Felicity Albansdale is the sister of Penelope Bridgerton, and the youngest daughter of Portia Featherington.
Felicity is an important character in the fourth novel Romancing Mister Bridgerton, which season 3 will be pulling its story from. Toward the beginning of the book, Portia Featherington tells Simon that her fourth daughter, Felicity, is 10 years old, explaining that the child's mother is recently deceased.
The TV series nixes Lady Featherington's youngest daughter, Felicity, and made her put up with a truly terrible husband with a gambling addiction.
